Welook: Social Wallet for Web3
Welook
Social wallet & Ticketing web3I designed the full experience of a Web3 social wallet: the main app, a B2B dashboard for companies, and a scanning app for event staff. Welook enabled NFT ticket management, POAP creation and sharing, NFC-based networking, and displaying your crypto identity, all in one place.

The challenge
Crypto event attendees lacked a unified way to network and stay connected after the event. Traditional ticketing didn't leverage blockchain traceability, leading to uncontrolled resales.
Users had no single place to manage their tickets, POAPs, NFTs, and Web3 social profile.

The solution
01 Social Wallet: An app where users had all their NFT tickets, POAPs, collectibles, and social profile in one place. They could create and receive POAPs, follow other profiles, and showcase their Web3 identity.
02 WeCard NFC: A physical NFC-enabled card linked to the wallet. With a single tap, you could share your full profile - social media, bio, NFTs - like an on-chain Linktree.
03 B2B Dashboard: A platform for companies to manage events, create NFT tickets, monitor attendance in real time, and handle access control.
04 Staff App: A dedicated app for event staff to scan QR codes and validate access in real time.

My role & process
I joined at an early stage, partnering with the founders to shape the product vision and define the initial direction.
I led product discovery, conducting market research and competitive analysis, and translating insights into clear user flows and product decisions.
I designed the end-to-end UI/UX across all three platforms: the core wallet experience, the B2B dashboard, and the staff app.
I established the Design System from the ground up, creating a unified and scalable visual language across the ecosystem.
I collaborated closely with the engineering team, working in fast, iterative cycles to continuously test, refine, and improve the product.

Results & impact
ETHDenver: Flagship event with 1,000+ attendees using Welook as the ticketing and networking system.
Ethereum Foundation: Enterprise client, global Ethereum events managed through the platform.
Vitalik Buterin: Received and activated a WeCard at LaBitConf Buenos Aires, product validation at the highest level of the ecosystem.
$850K raised in funding - featured in Forbes Argentina.

Takeaways
Designing ecosystems, not standalone apps: working across three interconnected products (wallet, B2B dashboard, staff app) trained me to think in systems and understand how every touchpoint affects the overall experience.
Design as a driver of web3 adoption: most users were not crypto-native. The challenge was to abstract blockchain complexity without diluting the core value proposition.
Real-world validation at scale: seeing 1,000+ people using the product at ETHDenver created a feedback loop no usability test can match. I learned to iterate based on real user behavior at scale.
Co-creating with technical founders: being involved from day one gave me strong exposure to both business and technical constraints, elevating the quality of every design decision.
